It is a very difficult time for everyone right now and for people living with conditions that cause breathlessness it must be especially worrying! It is indeed important to follow government advice on the coronavirus, but what about every day breathlessness? We know that breathlessness is made worse by being worried (and who isn’t worried right now?) and so we’d like to share some information with you to help you manage your breathlessness better day by day.

It has information in it for patients and carers on how to manage breathlessness and also where to get help and advice from.
If you scroll down that page a little you will see that we have also put together a two page information sheet for patients called ‘Managing breathlessness at home during the Covid-19 outbreak’. Feel free to use it and share it with anyone.
